When I was in school, I wanted more than classroom lessons. I wanted to understand how business really worked, not just on paper, but in practice. I looked for ways to get that kind of experience, the kind that teaches you how to lead people, make decisions, and be accountable for results. Those opportunities were rare, and I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s what led to the creation of this company. We run as a professional window cleaning service that delivers reliable, high-quality results for both residential and commercial clients. But behind the squeegees and ladders is a larger mission of giving students the chance to step into true executive-level responsibility while they’re still in school.

Here, motivated students can take on roles in operations, finance, marketing, and team leadership. They don’t just observe, they make real decisions, face real challenges, and experience what it means to run a business.

The result is an organization built on two promises, to provide excellent service for every client and to prepare the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs for the opportunities ahead of them. What started as my search for hands-on experience has grown into a way to create that same opportunity for those who come after me.
